Welcome to our all ages Mommy and Me yoga class!

This class is designed to create a nurturing and playful environment for mothers (or caregivers) and their little ones to bond, relax, and embrace the benefits of yoga together. Suitable for all skill and age levels, this class combines gentle stretching, breath awareness, and creative movement to support physical and emotional well-being for both mommy and child.

In this interactive and engaging class, we will introduce age-appropriate yoga poses, games, songs, and activities that encourage body awareness, motor development, and coordination for your little one. Through storytelling and imaginary adventures, we aim to promote imagination, creativity, and cognitive growth, allowing children to explore their bodies in a fun and safe environment. The incorporation of yoga props, such as blocks, straps, and blankets, will provide additional support and assist in enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance.

As a caregiver, you will benefit from guided relaxation techniques, stress management tools, and modified yoga postures that target common areas of tension, such as the neck, shoulders, and back, all of which can be particularly demanding during the nurturing journey of motherhood. We will also focus on postnatal recovery, body awareness, and self-care practices that help you reconnect with yourself and reclaim your inner strength.
