Meet Megan
Megan Bleil, LGPC, RDT, is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and Registered Drama Therapist, as well as a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist. Her work is rooted in a whole-person approach, exploring how emotional experiences, physical health, relationships, and life context intersect. She provides individual therapy across the lifespan, with a focus on children, adolescents, young adults, and women. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, burnout, and identity and role exploration. Drawing from lived experience as a food allergy parent, she is especially passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan with food-related anxiety related to food allergies, EoE, and ARFID, and exploring the mind-body connection between nutrition and mental health.
