Join us for Mindful Kids Summer Camp! Kristina (RYT-200, trained in children's yoga) will instruct a combination of 30-minutes of yoga for kids, and 30-minutes of age-appropriate mindfulness activities, including art therapy, meditation, and breathing techniques. Please send your child with their own yoga mat or beach towel. It will be a fun and relaxing environment for ages 4-6 years old, no experience required.

Date/Time: June 22-26, 2026, 10-11am each day

Cost: $155 per child, age 4-6
