This 90-minute experience is built around a restorative, all-levels yoga flow. You will be guided through a series of mindful movements and gentle stretches designed to release tightness from your body and quiet the chatter in your mind. The focus is on intentional breathing and mindful movement, helping you to build gentle strength, increase flexibility, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. Whether you are new to yoga or have a seasoned practice, this class will meet you where you are.
Your journey culminates in the ultimate relaxation of Savasana (final resting pose), where a cool, lavender-infused towel will be placed gently on your forehead—a blissful final touch to soothe your senses and seal your practice. You will emerge feeling centered, restored, and more open in both body and spirit.
