Meet Sarah

Sarah is a comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor through Polestar Pilates.  She received her certification in 2016 after completing her education at Polestar Pilates Education Centers in Boston, New York and Utah.  She has a passion for movement, and is dedicated to helping students gain better self awareness. She has a love of learning about the body and is excited to implement new techniques. She is currently working toward becoming an Advanced Movement Practitioner Though Balance Body University.  Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Sarah focuses on: mindful movement, alignment, and stability. Sarah's classes are designed to promote physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity-making them the perfect addition to anyone’s fitness journey.
