Peggy Koele was a physical therapist for over 25 years and has always had a passion for helping others through fitness, movement and overall wellness.
She loves and participates locally in fitness classes, tennis, walking, yoga, and cycling. She has now discovered all the fantastic benefits of Pilates to enhance her current workouts and overall fitness and well being.
Peggy recently completed her Pilates Mat Certification through a comprehensive course with Pilates Instructor Academy. The course included in-depth instruction on the History of Pilates, anatomy, fundamentals and all the mat Pilates exercises.
She enjoys connecting with her participants and guiding them through their fitness journey with all the benefits of Pilates.
