Part 2 Comfort Measures for Birth: Mental + Physical Strategies
Join us for a relaxing evening of birth preparation to nourish your heart, mind, and body through guided relaxation, learning mental and physical comfort measures to use during birth, and community building. This is the second circle of the Fall Birth Circle Series (see other circle topics below and choose to drop-in to 1, 2, or 3 OR bundle all 4). This is a 90-minute offering limited to 8 people and may be attended at any stage of pregnancy.
For your comfort, bring an exercise ball (to sit/spiral on), yoga mat, cushion, pillow, and/or blanket to be able to sit in relaxation.
