This 60 minute offering is limited to 12 individuals.
Sound Healing taps into your body's own wisdom to promote healing, mindfulness, and peace through vibration, energy, and stillness. Lisa will take you on a journey using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, vocal toning, chimes, and more.
***PLEASE BRING YOUR YOGA MAT, cushion, pillows, bolster, or blanket to stay comfortable - a few mats will be available to rent for $2. Loose LAYERS are suggested as your body temperature might fluctuate throughout the soundbath.
